Project Management
We utilize ‘in-house’ Plant Managing System for project planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling using PERT as the basic management tool. The different management control functions responsible for Engineering, Contracting, Inspection, Expediting and Field works are integrated resulting in an effective total project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control system. This enables the involvement of all concerned in the development of an agreed project programme, while at the same time allowing total independence to each functional centre to schedule and control its own activities in greater details.
Automatic Work Order Generation
Work Orders for equipment’s problems that require attention are automatically generated on-line. Tasks are then assigned to specific personnel, technicians and vendors.
On-line Tracking
The system allows all tasks that have been assigned to be tracked on-line. Complaints lodged and equipment downtimes are monitored and highlighted to ensure that overdue problems are immediately attended to.
Keep Historical Records
All information on repairs and parts replacements of assets are captured through the system to create a maintenance history – these details are very valuable in making important predictive and proactive maintenance decisions.
Predictive, Proactive and Preventive
